Setting your global brand color

If you've got a brand colour, the player should match it. The Branding page lets you set one colour that applies to every video you upload.

Where to find it

Open the Branding link in the sidebar. You'll land on a simple page with a colour picker, a preset row, a hex input, and a live player preview.

How to set your colour

  1. Either click one of the preset swatches, or
  2. Drag the picker, or
  3. Type a hex code straight into the input.

The preview player updates instantly as you change the colour, so you can see exactly how it'll look on a real frame.

Saving and resetting

When you're happy, click Save Brand Color. The colour is now applied to every public video page, embed and player URL across your account.

Want to start over? Click Reset to Default and the player goes back to the standard Vidreno blue.

Custom branding is a Premium plan feature. The Standard, Free and Lifetime plans use the default Vidreno player colour. See Choosing the right plan for you.

What it actually changes

Your brand colour is applied to:

  • The progress bar fill as the video plays.
  • The play button hover state.
  • The control button hovers.
  • The volume slider.

Everything else stays the calm dark theme so the focus is on the video.

Need a different colour for one video

You can override the brand colour on a single video. See Overriding the player color for one video.
