Signing in is the same email and password you used when you created your account. If something is not working, this article walks through the common reasons and what to do.
Sign in
- Go to
/login. - Type your email and password.
- Click Sign In.
You'll land on your dashboard, where all your videos live.
Vidreno uses a secure session cookie to keep you signed in. If you sign out and back in, you might need to refresh open tabs.
You forgot your password
Right now there isn't a self serve password reset flow inside the app. If you can't get back into your account, send us a quick note from the support page and we'll sort it out for you.
You can sign in but the dashboard looks empty
That usually means everything is fine and you simply haven't uploaded anything yet. Hit the Upload button in the top right to add your first video. See Uploading your first video for the full walkthrough.
