Need more space, or want to switch to Lifetime? Plan changes happen on the pricing page and only take a minute.
If you're currently on Free
- Open the Pricing page from the sidebar.
- Click the button on the plan you want.
- The Polar checkout opens in a modal right inside Vidreno.
- Enter your payment details and confirm.
The new storage allowance and features kick in as soon as the payment goes through. You can start uploading bigger files immediately.
If you already have a paid subscription
When you click a plan button while on a paid subscription, we'll send you to the Polar customer portal. From there you can:
- Switch between Standard and Premium.
- Update your payment method.
- Cancel your subscription.

If you have a Lifetime plan
Your Lifetime allowance never goes away. If you also want a recurring plan on top, click the Standard or Premium button on the pricing page. The Lifetime storage is added to whatever your subscription gives you.
When you upgrade, your existing videos are completely untouched. The only thing that changes is the headroom in your storage meter.
Cancelling
To cancel a recurring subscription, open the Polar customer portal from the pricing page (click your current plan) or from the Billing page. Cancelling stops future charges. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
