Do you really not charge for bandwidth?
Yes, really. Every plan, including the free one, has unlimited bandwidth. We only charge for the storage your files take up. See Choosing the right plan for you.
What video formats do you support?
MP4, MOV, AVI, WMV, FLV, MKV and WebM. MP4 is the safest pick if you're not sure. Full table in Supported video formats.
Can I make a video private?
Yes, on any paid plan. Open the video page and flip the privacy toggle. See Setting a video to public or private.
Can I change the player colour?
You can set a global brand colour on Premium, and override it per video too. Walk through it in Setting your global brand color and Overriding the player color for one video.
How big can a single file be?
As big as the storage you have left. So on Premium with 4TB free, very big indeed. Tips on keeping files sensible are in Tips for large video files.
Does Vidreno work in Notion / WordPress / Ghost?
Yes. Paste the video URL on a line by itself and the editor will embed it. See oEmbed support for Notion and WordPress.
Can I download my videos back out of Vidreno?
You can always grab the original file you uploaded. Open the video page and use the share dialog. We don't transcode or re encode your file, so what you uploaded is what you get back.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that you'll be moved to the free plan. See Upgrading or changing your plan.
If you go over your storage limit after a downgrade, your existing videos stay where they are. New uploads are blocked until you free up space or upgrade again.
